The LINBOX MS932C is a professional 9/32 cascadable multiswitch, designed for building extended RTV/SAT installations. The device lets you distribute the signal from two satellite positions plus terrestrial TV to as many as 32 independent subscriber outputs.

The MS932C model has 8 SAT inputs - four paths for each satellite position - plus 1 terrestrial ANT input. Its cascadable design lets you pass the signal bus on to a further multiswitch and expand the installation.

As many as 32 independent subscriber outputs

The LINBOX MS932C multiswitch is fitted with as many as 32 subscriber outputs. This lets you distribute the signal to a large number of rooms, flats or receiving points using a single central device.

Each output is an independent subscriber line and can be connected with a coaxial cable to the corresponding RTV/SAT outlet or receiver.

Supports two satellite positions

The MS932C model has 8 satellite signal inputs, split into two groups - SAT A and SAT B. Four paths are available for each satellite position:

• VL - Low Band / Vertical,
• HL - Low Band / Horizontal,
• VH - High Band / Vertical,
• HH - High Band / Horizontal.

This lets you build an installation receiving channels from two different orbital positions, e.g. Hot Bird and Astra.

Works with two QUATTRO converters

In a typical two-satellite installation, the LINBOX MS932C works with two QUATTRO converters. Each one delivers four independent signal paths: VL, HL, VH and HH.

Note: a QUATTRO converter is not the same as a QUAD converter. QUATTRO converters have four outputs with a fixed band and polarity assignment and are designed for multiswitch installations.

Cascadable version - installation can be expanded

The key feature of the MS932C model is its CASCADE design. Besides distributing the signal to 32 subscriber outputs, the device lets you pass the SAT/TV bus on to the next compatible multiswitch.

This lets you build much larger shared installations, where successive multiswitches serve further groups of users. This is especially useful in multi-family buildings, hotels, guesthouses and other large properties.

Terrestrial TV in the same installation

The ANT input lets you feed a terrestrial TV antenna signal into the system. The terrestrial signal can then be distributed together with the satellite signals over shared coaxial infrastructure.
