The pull-out basket is fitted with a heat-resistant handle. When removing the food after cooking, hold the basket by the handle and avoid touching the metal parts inside, as they are very hot.

To let you see the food as it cooks, the basket is fitted with a clear window. Once you see the food is ready, you can switch off the fryer early.

Cleaning the basket

Since little or no oil is used for cooking, once unplugged and cooled, simply wipe the basket and the tray inside it with a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid.
